"SPF-ED" is a flat pad made of elastodur, known for its excellent flexibility and abrasion resistance. Its flexible sealing lip provides outstanding sealing capabilities during the transport of cardboard boxes and rigid packaging materials. Additionally, the sturdy pad body, with moderate hardness, ensures high stability even during dynamic transport processes. An optional filter can be attached (with a filtration precision of 250μm) to suppress the intrusion of dust and particles into the equipment. Furthermore, support ribs on the suction surface help prevent deformation of the work surface during transport at high vacuum levels. "SPB1-ED (1.5 stages)" is a bellows pad made of elastodur with high suction power, capable of compensating for height differences in the workpiece. The unevenness of the bellows and sealing grip aligns during pad compression, preventing lateral displacement and twisting of the bellows and sealing grip during transport.
